Danny co-founded Pathways and built the methodology at its core. His work over the past twenty years has focused on the implicit structures that shape leadership, communication, and culture — the internal models, felt assumptions, and relational habits that drive how people interpret situations, communicate under pressure, and make decisions when the stakes are real. He developed Essence Mining, a process that helps leaders surface those patterns and work with them deliberately, producing change that holds.

At Pathways, Danny works directly with leaders and leadership teams to shift the hidden dynamics shaping culture, communication, and decision-making. The work draws from language, depth psychology, and human development, applied in practical contexts: executive communication, team dynamics, relational trust, conflict, and culture change. He is the author of Meaning at Work.
